Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Ready Space application and marketing website ("Service") operated by BWstack ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating a workspace, purchasing a subscription, or accessing the platform via a Magic Link, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Ready Space is a B2B Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides interactive map-based operational tracking. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (in whole or in part) at any time with or without notice.

3. Subscriptions, Passes, and Billing

Access to premium features requires an active subscription or an Event Pass, which are governed by the following billing terms:

• Subscriptions: Billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. By providing your payment information via Stripe, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees automatically.
• Event Passes: The 14-Day Event Pass is a one-time, non-recurring flat fee. It grants access to Enterprise-level features for exactly 14 days, after which the workspace will automatically lock unless converted to a monthly subscription.
• No Prorated Refunds: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We do not issue prorated refunds for partially used months.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You are entirely responsible for the conduct of the staff utilizing your generated Magic Links. You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload illegal, abusive, or explicitly sensitive personal content onto map notes.
• Attempt to bypass, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit the tier-gating and security rules of our backend infrastructure.
• Resell or "white-label" the Service without an explicit Enterprise agency agreement with BWstack.

We reserve the right to immediately terminate workspaces that violate this Acceptable Use Policy without refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall BWstack, its affiliates, agents, directors, or employees, be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, this Service.

Under no circumstances will BWstack be responsible for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from hacking, tampering, or other unauthorized access or use of the Service or your account.
