Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about getting your operation mapped, synced, and secured.

Absolutely not. We hate seat-license paywalls. You are billed based on the number of Maps and Pins your operation requires. You can generate Magic Links for 5 managers or 500 temporary event contractors for the exact same flat rate.
Yes. There are no apps to download from the App Store and no passwords to remember. You text them a secure Magic Link. They click it, and the live map instantly opens in their phone's native web browser. If they can use Google Maps, they can use Ready Space.
Ready Space uses Ephemeral Access Tokens. When you generate a Magic Link, you set an expiration timer (e.g., 8 hours). The second their shift ends, the link cryptographically self-destructs and they are locked out. You can also manually revoke any link with one click.
No. While you can upload high-res blueprints if you have them, most of our users start by simply taking a smartphone photo of the fire escape plan on the back of their door. As long as it's a clear image (JPEG or PNG), you can upload it and start dropping pins in under 3 minutes.
It supplements them. Radios are great for urgent, vocal broadcasts, but terrible for tracking status. Ready Space acts as your visual 'Source of Truth.' Instead of tying up the radio channel asking 'Is the VIP room clean yet?' or 'Where is the spill?', you just look at the map.
Ready Space is built on an ultra-lightweight, serverless architecture. The initial map payload is highly compressed, and subsequent pin updates use just kilobytes of data—far less bandwidth than sending a photo over a group text. (Note: Full offline-caching for total dead zones is coming soon).
