1. Introduction & Our "Zero-PII" Approach

At Ready Space (operated by BWstack), we believe the safest data is data we never collect. Our platform is designed to facilitate operational awareness without requiring you or your staff to surrender unnecessary personal information.

We explicitly do not require field staff or contractors to create accounts, provide email addresses, or download applications. Staff interact with the platform exclusively through ephemeral, cryptographic "Magic Links" generated by their administrators.

2. Data We Collect

A. Workspace Administrators

When you create a workspace, we collect the minimum information required to maintain your account and process billing:

  • Email address and password (or Google OAuth tokens).
  • Workspace or Business Name.
  • Billing information (processed securely via Stripe; we never touch or store raw credit card data).

B. Operational Data (Customer Data)

You may upload floor plans, maps, and generate text-based incident logs or notes within the application. This data belongs exclusively to you. We compress and store map images locally where possible, and securely house structured data in our Firebase infrastructure.

3. Data Retention & Deletion

To keep our infrastructure lean and your data secure, operational audit logs are strictly governed by your active subscription tier:

  • Free Tier: Audit logs and pin history are permanently purged after 24 hours.
  • Pro Tier: Audit logs and pin history are permanently purged after 30 days.
  • Enterprise & Event Pass: Data is retained for the duration of the active subscription or pass.

Upon the deletion of a workspace account, all associated maps, pins, and logs are permanently and irreversibly destroyed from our active database.

4. Third-Party Processors

We leverage industry-leading infrastructure to process your data securely. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties. We share data only with the following sub-processors required to operate the service:

  • Google Cloud (Firebase): Used for secure database hosting, multi-tenant isolation, and authentication.
  • Stripe: Used exclusively for processing subscription payments and managing billing.
  • Vercel: Used to host our application frontend.
